What managed hosting is, precisely: RealmSSO running on the Kubernetes cluster we already operate, with one Keycloak realm for your account — the same isolation every RealmSSO account gets — deployed, operated and upgraded by us. There is no published service-level agreement and no uptime commitment today, and no list price, which is why the tier reads Custom rather than a number.
